MEMBERSHIP PREVILEDGES
Fountains Club Membership includes 3 types: Platinum membership, Gold membership and Ivory membership
PLATINUM Membership
- Upgrade scheme: After 40 nights, or after spending AED 40,000 during the membership’s one year of validity, Gold members will be upgraded to Platinum membership
- Downgrade scheme: If the member fails to maintain an average of 40 nights or spends less than AED 40,000 during the membership’s one year of validity, the member will automatically be downgraded to Gold membership
GOLD Membership
- Upgrade scheme: After 20 nights, or after spending AED 20,000 during the membership’s one year of validity, Ivory members will be upgraded to Gold membership
- Downgrade scheme: If the member fails to maintain an average of 20 nights or spends less than AED 20,000 during the membership’s one year of validity, the member will automatically be downgraded to Ivory membership
IVORY Membership
- At time of enrollment, everyone without exception will receive an Ivory card, except for VVIP clients as determined by Hotel management
DISCOUNTS, POINT SYSTEM AND REWARDS
All Fountains Club members will be entitled to discounts when utilizing any of the hotel’s Food & Beverage outlets (discounts are applied to the total food bill, beverages not included)
Fountains Club members will be able to accumulate points:
- Only if the Fountains Club member stays in Hotel JAL Fujairah Resort & Spa (in-house guest) and if the membership has been issued from Hotel JAL Fujairah Resort & Spa. Points will not be awarded to the member for stays in any other hotels operated by JAL Hotels
- Only when the Fountains Club member books directly with Hotel JAL Fujairah Resort & Spa and not through a travel agency, tour operator or any third party.
- Only upon the guest’s second stay in Hotel JAL Fujairah Resort & Spa, and not upon enrollment on their first stay
International Fountains Club Discount Scheme: All Fountains Club members are entitled to 10% discount off total food bill and 20% discount off prevailing rate of the day in any hotels operated by JAL Hotels
Food & Beverage: Ivory members will be introduced to the “Member Eats For Free” concept (food only) when dining with one person or more
- 02 persons dining = 50% discount off total food bill
- 03 persons dining = 33% discount off total food bill
- 04 persons dining = 25% discount on total food bill and so on
- Member dining alone = 10% discount on total food bill
- Calculation: 1 / number of diners * 100 = Discount %
- Discounts are not applicable for breakfast or room service, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions on offer, and are not valid during special holidays like Eid or New Year’s Eve
Rooms: 10 points awarded for every AED 10.00 spent on Net Room Rate
- Total of 500 points: One night stay in a Superior room excluding breakfast
- Total of 850 points: One night stay in a Sakura Suite including breakfast
- Total of 1,100 points: One night stay in a Sakura 1-bedroom Suite including breakfast
- Calculations will be rounded down to 01 point (i.e. Net Room Rate of AED 498.10 = 49 points)
- Ivory members receive a complimentary amenity
- Gold and Platinum members’ upgrades are subject to availability
CLAIMING OF REWARDS
- Total points can be checked by the member through the jalhotels.ae/fountainsclub website
- Rewards can be claimed anytime by the member providing the required level of claim has been reached
- All claims should be verified by the management of Hotel JAL Fujairah Resort & Spa, ensuring all data are correct
